How do you handle receiving negative feedback from your manager?

I see feedback as an opportunity to improve rather than as criticism. I listen carefully, understand the reason behind the feedback, ask questions if needed, and create an action plan to improve. After implementing changes, I follow up with my manager to ensure I am moving in the right direction.
